By accessing or using KareKonnect (“we”, “us”, “our”), including the website and any linked services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy https://karekonnect.net/privacy-policy/. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

KareKonnect operates an online marketplace where Families can search for and connect with Caregivers offering services such as child care, senior care, pet care, tutoring, housekeeping, and more. The platform enables profile browsing, background checks, and care arrangement management through subscription-based membership.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate, complete information when registering.

4. Account Registration & Security

Users must register to fully use the services. Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Services may require a subscription fee (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.). By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing and agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription amounts and billing cycles will be clearly communicated at signup.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the platform (e.g., spam, harass, defraud). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We facilitate introductions between users and caregivers, but do not provide the care ourselves. All agreements between families and caregivers are made directly between them. We are not liable for conduct, services, or disputes arising between users.

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

10. Access & Deletion Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal data per applicable privacy laws and subject to our retention policies.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” We make no representations or warranties regarding user-provided services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us.
